Welcome to TradeAid ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our investment platform and related services ("Services"). By subscribing to our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into contracts, and compliant with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to reject or terminate your subscription if you do not meet these criteria.

2. Service Description

We offer a financial service where clients may receive returns between 5% and 7% per month on their invested capital, depending on market conditions and performance. The service is accessible only upon payment of an annual subscription fee of ₹10,000. Returns are not guaranteed and may vary based on market conditions and other risks.

3. Investment Risk

Important Disclaimer: All investments carry risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. While we strive to achieve consistent monthly returns, actual results may vary, and you may lose some or all of your capital. By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

4. Subscription Fee

The annual subscription fee is non-refundable once paid. Continued access to our Services requires renewal of the subscription on a yearly basis.

5. Return Disbursement

Returns, if any, will be calculated monthly and may be credited to your account or disbursed as per your instructions. We do not guarantee any fixed or minimum return.

6. No Financial Advice

Our Services do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. You should consult your own advisors before making any investment decisions. We are not registered as a financial advisor or broker-dealer.

7. Regulatory Compliance

It is your responsibility to ensure that participation in our Services is legal in your country or state of residence. We do not accept liability for any legal or regulatory issues arising from your use of our Services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms or any applicable laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of capital or profit, resulting from your use of our Services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India (Rajasthan).

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.

12. Capital Withdrawal Charges

There will be a 30% deduction of capital if the user withdraws capital before 3 months and a 15% deduction if the withdrawal occurs before 6 months.

13. Processing Time

Withdrawals are processed within 2–3 days but may take longer depending on transaction volume and other factors.
